Stamped steel with correct bends, welds & ends as original. Lettering has been left off of these tailgates and replaced with an embossed Chevrolet bowtie. This is a complete tailgate, not just a cover. Available for stepside beds only. The latches are inside the tailgate with only the knob visible on the inside. This tailgate is perfect for those who want the traditional tailgate without the chains, which are noisy and sometimes damage the paint finish.
