The 1947-59 Chevy and GMC truck power steering conversion kit is available for 216ci and 235ci 6-cylinder applications and stock height or lowered applications up to 3" drops, please specify. Mounts power steering gear box on the outside of the frame and in front of the axle. Some additional items may be needed. Kit Includes: *Power Steering Gear box *Power Steering Pump *Power Steering Hose (rubber) Power Steering Pump Bracket kit (available for 216ci or 235ci 6-cylinder) Power Steering Conversion Bracket kit Pitman Arm NOTE: This power steering pump bracket requires the use of an alternator and will not work with a factory generator. Upgrading to power steering requires modifications to steering columns and/or the steering system.
